The Minimum age eligibility to apply for the Guwahati Fun Run (5k) race category is 12 years (born on or before 02.12.2011)
Important:
- Guwahati 5K Run category is a participative, fun run. Being a non-timed category, finish timings of participants will not be captured; timing certificates will not be issued for this category.
- Participation confirmation shall be subject to –
a) Applicant fulfilling the minimum age eligibility – completed 12 years of age (born on or before 02.12.2011)
b) Entry rules and regulations - On race day, registered participants will be lined up on a first come first served basis and will begin their race in waves at regular short intervals.
- In order to collect running number bibs from the Expo, Nehru Stadium Deshbhakta Tarun Ram Phookan Indoor Stadium, Nehru Stadium, Sarania Hills, Guwahati, Assam 781007 (Friday, 1st December to Saturday, 2nd December 2023), this edition participants will need to choose their bib collection time slots. Slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmed participants residing in Guwahati are requested to choose their bib collection time slots on 1st December, allowing time slots available on 2nd December for outstation participants to collect their number bibs.
- Confirmed Guwahati 5K Run participants will receive a race day t-shirt, at the Bib Collection Center within the Expo. We will try our best to accommodate the t-shirt size selected by you. However, if unavailable, the next best available size t-shirt will be offered. Any requests for change in size/colour will not be entertained. Please note no race day t-shirt will be couriered to anyone pre or post the event.
- Name on the Bib will be allotted to participants whose registrations is received till 23rd Nov 2023, 11:59 PM.
- All finishers of the Guwahati Fun Run (5k) race category will get the finisher medal post their run on race day (medals will not be posted to individual runners). Participation certificates of Guwahati Fun Run (5k) participants will be available for download from https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in/ post 7 working days from race day.
